We love polymaths.
We believe builders can be business people and vice versa.
We think very long term.
We are ferocious learners.

We think creativity is even more powerful than most believe.
We worry about the things that worry our clients.
We are asked to do a lot of things. We try to do the right things.

We strive to keep every client relationship for life.
We often act as digital therapists for our clients.
The well-being of our employees, clients and partners is top-of-mind.

Business wins are great but the well-being of our people reigns supreme.

Building our company culture is one of the most important missions we will take as a leaders — we take utmost care to make the process conscious. Otherwise, we will find ourselves a part of a culture that we didn’t create and once established, it is difficult to change. We are clear on what we stand for. Business wins never take precedent over the well-being of our team members.

The "square pegs in round holes" find their home at Axacraft.

Axacrafters are creative technologists - out-of-the-box thinkers that don't always fit into any one place on a corporate org chart. That is their strength. When you think of founders building companies that go on to disrupt entrenched industries, they don't fit many molds either.  Don't be surprised if our designers are the best product leaders you've worked with or if our engineers get right to the essence of the business imperative.

Emphasis on cooperation, not competition.

While a certain degree of healthy competition can spark creativity, intense competition leads to stress and distrust among employees. While we do offer individual bonuses for achieving ambitious goals, teamwork lies at the core of all tasks. Axacraft promotes cooperative competition or coopetition, and we feel this is advantageous as the team members help each other to achieve common goals.

Mental wellbeing at the forefront

Employee burnout has reached a record high due to the disruption in work-life balance.

Having a system to find out how our employees feel and taking the appropriate steps to help them is now pivotal to our company culture. We use anonymous surveys to gauge the ‘team happiness levels’ monthly and offer free programs and personal training sessions to support the team.

Company growth in sync with individual growth.

We think lack of growth opportunities are the number one reason why talented people quit. As agency founders, we design strategies to grow the company and we stive for policies that promote employees’ professional development. We have set out monthly budgets for each employee that they can use to attend events and courses for skill development.

Trust and transparency is the core.

Building trust among employees is challenging.

Nobody wants to be in a low-trust workplace characterized by disengaged employees. And yet, a survey of over 30k respondents finds that one in three people don’t trust their employer or their coworkers. We invoke actions and workplace policies that we can help trust part of the culture.

Aim for excellence in all that we do. Do it for ourselves.

We are very aware that there are many consultancies and software companies for our clients to choose from.  One of the main reasons we work with chosen clients is because they appreciate that we go above and beyond in all that we do. We love the craft and that's built into our own name.

Velocity is very hard to compete with.

Our founders have an entrepreneurial background. We are regularly reminded that larger companies will always have more resources. But that's not how we win.  We win with speed and excellence in our execution. We think velocity is fun, rewarding and a huge advantage.

Big-business customer empathy with a healthy does of entrepreneur mindsets.

We have had the good fortune to work for some large and very well known brands. We enjoy working hard to learn their business. Our value is in our ability to be empathetic to companies that need to manage global footprints while thinking outside the box and bringing solutions that strike a perfect balance.

We're people people. The digital part is what we do.

Axacraft communication standards.

Most challenges get better when communication is better. We encourage hyper-communication. Share the wins. Be open about the challenges. Support one another no matter what. Simple over-communication makes almost everything better.

The transient nature of life is interesting to us. Very few people work at the same place their entire life. Kudos to those that do! But most of of have a life of several chapters. We honor and respect this phenomenon and we take your time with us very seriously. To both clients and employees, we say that it is an honor and a priviledge to have the time with you.
